Molly Bajgot (she/her) is a queer Jewish musician, prayer leader, activist and educator living on Nipmuc and Pocumtuc land in Easthampton, Massachusetts. She holds a Master of Arts in Religious School Educational Leadership from Hebrew Union College Jewish Institute of Religion and has held a wide range of roles within the Jewish ecosystem— officiating private life cycle ceremonies, directing Jewish educational programs, and organizing homegrown community-based rituals and holiday celebrations.
Molly’s debut album, Revelry, was released in February 2024. As a composer, and vocalist, Molly crafts songs of hope and original melodies for Jewish liturgy. Her music has travelled to synagogues, song circles, and communities across the country. She works with and is inspired by musicians such as Aly Halpert, Batya Levine, Anat Hochberg, Rena Branson and more. She believes in song as a tool for personal and collective transformation.
Molly currently leads regular musical Shabbat services for Congregation B'nai Israel in Northampton, MA and serves as the Interim Cantorlist Soloist at Kerem Shalom in Concord, MA.
